Concrete Work

Flatwork that holds up, finishes that fit the home

Concrete is only as good as the prep underneath it. We plan base, drainage, and jointing for Virginia's freeze-thaw cycles so your driveway or patio doesn't crack, heave, or pool water a few seasons in.

From a simple apron to a stamped, decorative pool deck, you get a clear estimate up front and a finish matched to your home.

Good To Know

Concrete Work: Common Questions

How long before I can use a new concrete driveway?

You can usually walk on it within 24–48 hours, but we recommend waiting about 7 days before driving on it and avoiding heavy loads for the first month while it cures to full strength.

Will my concrete crack?

No concrete is fully crack-free, but proper base prep, control joints, and the right mix dramatically reduce it. We plan jointing for Virginia's freeze-thaw so cracking is controlled where it won't be an eyesore.

Can you match decorative concrete to my house?

Yes. Stamped and decorative finishes come in a range of patterns, borders, and colors, and we'll choose one that complements your siding, brick, and trim.

Do you remove the old slab?

We do. Demolition, haul-off, and base re-prep are part of a replacement quote so there are no surprises.

Thinking about new concrete? Let's price it.
